Allowing Google to monopolize the internet.

Allowing Apple to monopolize everything else.

Failure to anticipate or profit from the onset of any new trends in technology.

The Zune.

Attempting to buy Yahoo for 33 dollars a share. (10 months later it was trading as low as $8.94 a share) Savvy.
